Candidates applying for the Havaldar post in CBIC & CBN under SSC MTS 2025 must clear the Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) in addition to Paper 1. SSC MTS 2025 PET (Physical Efficiency Test) Requirements

 The PET evaluates a candidate’s stamina through running and walking tasks.

1. PET Standards for Male Candidates:

 Walking: 1600 meters in 15 minutes
 Cycling: 8 km in 30 minutes (if applicable for certain departments)

2. PET Standards for Female Candidates:

 Walking: 1 km in 20 minutes
 Cycling: 3 km in 25 minutes (if applicable for certain departments)
